My Story

Sergio brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team, having dedicated over 25 years to protecting and serving the public through distinguished law enforcement careers in both Lowell, Massachusetts, and Huntington Beach, California. His career began in the City of Lowell, where he served with dedication and commitment for approximately 24 years, contributing significantly to the safety and well-being of the community. During his tenure in Lowell, he was involved in numerous high-stakes situations that demanded critical decision-making, strategic problem-solving, and a profound understanding of public safety and community relations.

Following his extensive service in Massachusetts, Sergio transitioned to the Huntington Beach Police Department in Orange County, California, where he continued his exemplary law enforcement work for an additional two years. In both roles, he engaged in a wide range of responsibilities, including patrolling diverse neighborhoods, conducting investigations, managing emergency responses, and building strong relationships with residents. His ability to adapt to different policing environments and community dynamics is a testament to his versatility, dedication, and commitment to the principles of justice and safety.

Beyond his impressive law enforcement career, Sergio also proudly served in the United States Coast Guard for eight years. During his military service, he honed skills in maritime security, emergency response, search-and-rescue operations, and crisis management. This experience gave him a unique perspective on national security and reinforced his commitment to protecting lives and property under challenging circumstances. His combined background in both military and civilian law enforcement allows him to approach security situations with a multi-faceted perspective, applying the discipline, integrity, and strategic thinking instilled through years of rigorous training and service.

Sergio's deep understanding of public safety, crime prevention, and emergency response protocols, coupled with his extensive hands-on experience, enhances our company’s ability to manage complex security scenarios with the utmost professionalism and care. In 2015, Sergio honorably and medically retired after sustaining injuries in the line of duty. His retirement marked the conclusion of a courageous and selfless career dedicated to serving and protecting communities. Despite his retirement, his passion for public safety remains undiminished, and he continues to share his expertise to help ensure the safety and security of those we serve. Sergio's legacy of service, bravery, and commitment continues to inspire and strengthen our organization’s mission and values.
